Saladworks Update:
  • 17 new stores opening this year
  • Based on current trends we are projected to sell about 30 new stores for 2019 to open in 2020
  • Our total investment costs dropped from $415,273 to $596,455 down to $163,724 to $452,292 for 2019. Giving us a 2:1 and 3:1 build out ratio
  • We can now go as small as a 200 sq. ft kiosk with some extra space nearby
  • We have no grills, fryers, or cooking, and can go completely without the need for venting.
  • We currently do not have any resales at this time.
